Fundraiser Instructions

Fundraiser Kick-off

  • Hand out fundraiser checklist to each classroom teacher to mark off as students return       books and orders
  • Create flyers around school reminding students of incentives
  • Send fundraiser letter home with students along with books

During Fundraiser

  • Send reminder notice of current fundraiser and why funds are necessary for school
  • Remind teachers to keep track of students returning books and orders and mark                 accordingly on sheet

1st Closeout

  • Please use returned books to fill initial orders (set aside any damaged books)
  • Invoice will be issued for any additional books needed after first closeout
  • One week after closeout, send home final notice of the fundraiser closeout for either         the book to be returned or $20 payment to be sent
  • We will do final closeout for any additional orders that may come in
